Lake Sunapee Home Renovation

This house was originally built in 1950 with two additions in the 60’s and 70’s. The transformation is incredible and the Owner’s vision was instrumental in the final design.
The house was completely renovated including all the electrical and mechanical systems throughout. Renovation work is an art and our team truly transformed this old “camp” into a modern day vacation home. Work included asbestos remediation, structural repairs, complete new wiring and electrical service, new forced air heating/cooling with energy recovery ventilation, hard wired wifi drops throughout the house, new water treatment system and a backup generator.
The home includes 4 bathrooms with private bathrooms for each suite. The basement has been fully finished with new egress windows and doors which drastically increased the total living space. Custom  cabinetry and built-ins are coordinated nicely with modern appliances and the minimalist design that the owner’s desired.
The views from this property are some of the most amazing we’ve seen on any project. Amazing views of one of the light houses and Mt Sunapee.

Custom Lake House

This beautiful new home located on Lake Sunapee is a 3 bedroom vacation home with all the modern amenities. The house has 3 fully finished levels with 2,592 square feet of living space. This project included the demolition of the existing cabin along with construction on a very steep difficult site. The new home features radiant heat throughout and wifi enabled lighting and HVAC controls that allow the owner’s to fully control the home from afar.

The exterior features low maintenance vinyl shake siding along with composite decks and cable railing systems. The landscaping includes blue stone pavers and granite steps and granite boulder walls.

 

Colonial Timber Frame

This beautiful 3 bedroom Yankee Barn Colonial is packed with gorgeous open spaces and high ceilings. Radiant heat throughout and mini-split AC units offer great comfort. Located in the Eastman community in Springfield NH this new home is a beautiful addition to the neighborhood. The Yankee Barn “Barn Home” is an iconic style for this community.

Timber Frame with Walkout Basement

This beautiful 3 bedroom ranch is a Yankee Barn timber frame with a walkout basement and farmers porch. The open concept includes a gas fireplace with stone surround and beautiful Crownpoint Cabinetry. Oak floors throughout and gorgeous fir timbers.

Guest Suite Addition

This renovation and addition involved tearing off the roof of the existing garage and building a 2 bedroom guest suite above the garage. This is an older Yankee Barn home so we used Yankee Barn insulated wall and roof panels for the addition to match the existing construction type.

The new guest suite includes two bedrooms, a sitting/office room, and a full bathroom with heated floors. The entire space is heated and cooled using mini-splits. The result is a private guest space that is accessed from the mudroom in the main house.

Ranch Timber Frame

This beautiful timber frame ranch style home is a Yankee Barn frame featuring 3 bedrooms, an open concept along with a spacious mudroom. Also includes 2 bathrooms and a laundry closet on the main floor. Marvin windows throughout and LP SmartSide siding.

This beautiful three bedroom ranch timber frame located in the Eastman Community in Springfield NH has all the modern features with the beautiful of a timber frame. The house features beautiful Crownpoint Cabinetry along with oak floors and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The beautiful fir timbers are a wonderful accent to the high ceilings and open concept.

Custom Modular Cape Style Home

This beautiful 3 bedroom cape style home in Newbury NH is a custom modular home. The modular boxes were manufactured by Preferred Building Systems in Claremont, NH. Preferred Building Systems is a company that we’ve worked closely with on modular home builds and they did a great job on this customized cape. The project included a large elevated deck and screen porch, radian heat, mini-split A/C system and a gas fireplace.

Although it was a challenging site things went extremely smooth between demolition of the existing cottage and delivery of the modular boxes.

Kitchen Remodel

This project included a complete kitchen renovation to an existing timber frame home. All new flooring, lighting, Plain and Fancy Cabinetry, soapstone and quartz countertops and an updated laundry/mudroom. This beautiful open concept kitchen compliments the amazing open floor plan of the Yankee Barn timber frame home.

Indoor Pool

This beautiful indoor pool includes a gorgeous stone fire place, billiards room, sauna, bar and kitchen.
