Premier Precision Group

United Construction was hired by Premier Precision Group to secure land and build a new manufacturing facility for their Newport based RDS group. Precision Premiere Group is a contract manufacturer specializing in precision machining and fabrication of complex metal components, complimented by broad internal special processing capabilities.

The project involved working closely with corporate and local staff to build the new facility and help move their manufacturing operations from two smaller local facilities into the new building after it was completed. The new facility is over 36,000 sf including both manufacturing space and office space for their engineering staff.

The new building included: a substantial power distribution system, computer networking, compressed air systems, and machine mist collection systems. The buildings HVAC was designed to maintain strict temperature control due to the precision machining tolerances required for their product manufacturing. The building also features polished concrete floors and bright lighting for a clean modern appearance.

Our team was able to fast track permitting and construction in order to turn over the new building in just 8 months.

Lambert Auto Sales

United Construction was hired to do a major renovation and expansion of Lambert Auto Sales in Claremont, NH. Lambert Auto, established in 1968, is a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram auto dealership that needed to expand their busy business and also update the facility to meet branding initiatives from Chrysler Motors. The six month project included expanding the existing showroom and adding a large vehicle service bay to their facility. All of the work was performed while the dealership remained opened for business.

Summercrest Assisted Living

United Construction helped the owner’s of Summercrest Assisted Living build a $1.6 million, 12,000 square foot addition to the existing facility using the design-build approach. We were hired at the very beginning stages of the project prior to design. We selected a team of Architects and Engineers to supplement our staff in order to meet the demanding schedule. United Construction acquired all local permits and completed the project in 12 months within the pre-engineered budget.

The project features a 40 ft clear span sky bridge connecting the existing facility with the new Memory Care Addition. The project also required creative storm water drainage design and construction to accommodate the tight piece of property.
