This project included the demolition of the existing cabin along with construction on a very steep difficult site. The new home features radiant heat throughout and wifi enabled lighting and HVAC controls that allow the owner’s to fully control the home from afar.
The exterior features low maintenance vinyl shake siding along with composite decks and cable railing systems. The landscaping includes blue stone pavers and granite steps and granite boulder walls.
